What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type, material, and size. As a custom OEM/ODM manufacturer we do not stock standard SKUs — each order is produced to your specification. Send us your product details via the inquiry form and we will quote an MOQ that matches your project, typically with a lower threshold for repeat orders.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. Sampling is the second step of our standard workflow: you share your requirements, we produce a sample for your review, and production starts only after your approval. Sample terms (free vs paid, lead time) depend on the structure and printing — please confirm with our sales team.
What certifications does your packaging hold?
Our packaging complies with FDA 21 CFR 177 (United States), (EC) 1935/2004 and (EU) 2020/1245 (European Union) food-contact regulations, and we operate under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Can you manufacture custom pouch sizes, shapes, and prints?
Yes — this is our core capability. We support custom sizes, formats (stand-up, flat, quad-seal, spouted, shaped), and rotogravure or flexographic printing up to 10 colors. Materials, barrier structures, and finishes (matte, gloss, soft-touch, metallic) are configured to your product's barrier and shelf-life requirements.
What is the typical lead time for production?
Lead time depends on order volume, material availability, and print complexity. Once your sample is approved and deposit received, we schedule production across our 10 lines.
