1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using sainsunpack.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, including B2B buyers, suppliers, and browsers.
2. About Us
The Site is operated by Shenzhen Sainsun Packaging Co., Ltd. ("Sainsun", "we", "us"), a custom flexible-packaging manufacturer registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We provide product information, quotation services, and OEM/ODM manufacturing services for food brands worldwide.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes provided through this Site or our sales team are estimates based on the specifications you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in a proforma invoice (PI) after sample approval. Prices are subject to change based on raw-material costs, exchange rates, and order specifications. A quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after a proforma invoice is signed and deposit received. Standard payment terms for new customers: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. Trade Assurance orders through our Alibaba Verified Store follow Alibaba's escrow terms. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
5. Samples
Samples are produced after you share your specification. Sample terms (free vs paid, lead time) depend on structure and printing complexity. We do not ship production-grade samples without an explicit sample order — random samples from stock are not available because every order is custom.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content — logo, design, text, product photography, and our proprietary microwave-ready venting bag design — is owned by Shenzhen Sainsun Packaging Co., Ltd. or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent. Customer-supplied artwork, designs, and trademarks remain the property of the customer.
7. Warranties
Our packaging is warranted to meet the specifications agreed in the signed proforma invoice and applicable food-contact regulations (FDA 21 CFR 177, EU 1935/2004, ISO 9001). Because packaging performance depends on the customer's filling process, storage, and distribution conditions, we cannot warrant fitness for any specific end-use without prior written testing agreement. Custom-printed packaging is non-returnable except for defects attributable to manufacturing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shenzhen Sainsun Packaging Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, customs actions, government regulations, or global supply-chain disruptions. In such cases we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from orders placed through this Site or our Alibaba Verified Store will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes are submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court (SCIA) under Chinese law, unless an Alibaba Trade Assurance dispute resolution process applies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
